With over 20 years’ experience working within Kitchen Design, and a BA Hons degree in Interior Architecture, Celine loves every aspect of her job, to designing where functionality meets aesthetic and managing projects – all the way through to completion. “It has been an exciting journey to see how people’s lifestyles have changed over the years, the kitchen is now the ‘social hub’ of every home, my challenge is to make it all work and come together, a challenge I find extremely rewarding”.

Martin has been within the industry since he was 18, whereby he started off on the trade counters and progressed into working within showrooms. He loves nothing more than the creative side of his job and still enjoys sitting down and putting pencil to paper and designing layouts by hand. He also likes the project management side to his position, getting to know his customer, creating a design and seeing it come to life within someone’s home.

A natural-born creative, Nina joins Bauformat enriching our team with extensive design and project management expertise. As the former Head of Design at an online crafts company, she now spearheads our Interiors and Outdoor Living showroom, with a focus on nurturing relationships and expanding our business further in this exciting new sector.

Pedro joined Bauformat in 2005 as a store man and delivery driver and as the company has grown, so too has Pedro’s experience, resulting in him now being the main Installer for the business. He most enjoys being able to interact with a variety of customers, running installations from start to finish with commitment and passion. Perfectionism will always be at the forefront to any project he undertakes. “My job is to always find an answer for our customer, I react quickly and with devotion to finding the best solution to any challenge we may face”.

Dan landed his first job within the industry 10 years ago and joined Bauformat in 2019. Passionate about design from an early age, he enjoys building relationships with his customers, which enables him to understand their home and structure a defined design process which is seamless from beginning to end. Located within the Interiors & Outdoor Living showroom, Dan’s knowledge focuses from the various interior and garden brands available to order in the Union St Showroom.

Macy, armed with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, has an exceptional eye for detail. Teaming up with Nina at the Interiors and Outdoor Living showroom, Macy is set to play a pivotal role in crafting design briefs for clients, ensuring their visions become a reality. Her skill set provides a blend of expertise and interpersonal aspects which will be key in creating personalised and memorable design experiences for our clients.

Previously Andy worked as a Customer Service Manager for a local business. Now 4 years on, he runs the storeroom at Bauformat and works closely with Pedro and Josh to ensure the installs of Kitchens and Bathrooms are delivered in a timely, quality and considered way. He enjoys the varying environments his job presents, delivering to a number of homes locally, allows for him to see some beautiful views along the way. “I get to meet some lovely people within my line of work. We are the end goal of the process, the delivery and install which make it highly satisfying and rewarding”.

Ryan joined the Bauformat team last year with a background working as a mechanic and tree surgeon. He brings a huge level of versatility to his role within the company, whether it’s assisting Pedro with kitchen fittings or efficiently contributing to store operations alongside Andy. He thrives in a close-knit team environment and values the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues. When it comes to his job, Ryan’s passion lies in the meticulous process of fitting and installation. He takes pride in delivering flawless results and enjoys the collaborative nature of his work. Beyond his professional life, Ryan finds joy in his hobbies outside of work. He is an avid enthusiast of motorsports, drawn to the excitement and technical aspects of the sport. He also indulges in his creative side through 3D printing, bringing his ideas to life.

John has been a part of the Bauformat team for some time now. With a background in healthcare, communication is his forte. He is based within the Store and Deliveries department and enjoys the variety of each working day. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, John ensures everything he lends his hand to, is completed in an efficient and dedicated manner. We are delighted to have him as part of the Bauformat family, an asset to the team!
